The architects behind this new residential building are DCA Architects of Singapore and the consultant for it is Skidmore, Owings & Merill (SOM). The company SOM’s expertise are building tall skyscrapers. Some famous projects done by them were the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and Guoco Tower.
